Free estimates provided via this website or by phone are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after site assessment. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in your written quote. We reserve the right to require a deposit prior to scheduling. Invoices are due within 14 days of service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If your lawn fails to establish properly due to our application, we will return to assess and re-seed the affected areas at no cost. This guarantee does not cover failure due to inadequate watering, foot traffic during establishment, pet damage, weather events, or other conditions outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
